I MADE AN ENTERPRISE PLUS REDEMPTION RESERVATION BUT THEN NEVER RENTED. IS MY FREE DAY LOST OR CAN I GET IT BACK?


Yes, you can request your points to be re-deposited back to your account up to 6 months after the scheduled pick up date. To request a redeposit, log into your account and select My Rewards and Benefits. On the Right, view my points history. You will be able to request a redeposit for your redemption reservation that was not picked up.
